The College Exam and Facilitation Service is the ideal solution for organisations that run education programmes but are unable to certify the final qualifications themselves. The end to end service includes, ordering, facilitation and administration of exams. Below you will find a selection of exams currently being offered. The College is accredited for a range of qualifications with a verity of awarding bodies. The following prices include:
- awarding body fees per exam with no additional charge to you
- room and staffing costs for the period of the exam
- no charge for administration involved in ordering exams and submitted papers – this will not be charged to you
- bookings are subject to availability
- once exams are submitted to awarding bodies, receipt of certificates is subject to awarding body timescales
- no marking charges are included as the awarding body services listed, include a marking service where appropriate. If marking is required extra charges may apply
- equipment hire will be charged if equipment is require for external sites
- all prices are intended as a guide and are subject to change - this is not a quote
Literacy & Numeracy Level 1 and 2 - Online
Candidates taking City and Guilds tests at Forster Community College will be charged at £22.50 per person per test with a minimum charge of 5 tests per session.
A 10% discount will be given for 6+ tests per session.
A 25% discount will be given for 10+ tests per session.
Literacy & Numeracy Level 1 and 2 – Paper Based
Candidates taking City and Guilds tests at Forster Community College will be charged at £31.40 per person per test with a minimum charge of 5 tests per session.
A 10% discount will be given for 7+ tests per session.
A 15% discount will be given for 8+ tests per session.
Postage charges will apply in addition unless the college is already sending papers in which case no charge will be passed to you.
Literacy Entry Level 3 – Paper Based
Candidates taking AQA tests at Forster Community College will be charged at £24.20 per person per test with a minimum charge of 10 tests per session.
A 10% discount will be given for 13+ tests per session.
Postage charges will apply in addition unless the college is already sending papers in which case no charge will be passed to you.
Notes:
- There is a minimum order with AQA of 10 papers
- Minimum 3 weeks marking time before results will be received from AQA
- AQA offered as they include marking in their charges and their exam charges are less than C&G.
Numeracy Entry Level 3 – Paper Based
Candidates taking AQA tests at Forster Community College will be charged at £21.60 per person per test with a minimum charge of 10 tests per session.
A 10% discount will be given for 13+ tests per session.
Postage charges will apply in addition unless the college is already sending papers in which case no charge will be passed to you.
Notes:

- AQA offered as they include marking in their charges and their exam charges are less than C&G.
Exams facilitated at external sites will incur a surcharge for travel costs and setup times. These will be agreed in the site survey report.
Site Survey
A site survey will have to be carried out prior to the first test at any external centre to ensure all systems are in place to run the tests. The charge will be £75 per centre.External testing will be dependant upon the site having internet connectivity in the test room, suitable facilities, health and safety, etc.
The site survey will result in a health and safety assessment outcome, external surcharge value quote, equipment surcharge quote.
